Optima Neuroscience, Inc. is an early stage company focused on the development of novel devices, software and instruments for neurological monitoring. The Company’s first product lines will be devices that process EEG signals to predict and detect seizures, based on a patent-protected seizure prediction algorithm developed at the University of Florida. This algorithm identifies patterns in the EEG signal of a patient and calculates the probability of impending seizure. The Company is developing user friendly devices that will offer critical brain function monitoring in the hospital and clinical setting.
