Stephanie Warrington, MBA/MHA, has extensive health care industry and start-up experience both in the United States and the United Kingdom. Ms. Warrington obtained her graduate degrees from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 1994 and her health industry background includes strategic analysis and project management as an analyst for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and London consulting firm, Newchurch & Company.

Ms. Warrington's technology commercialization experience includes university-based bioengineering research management and consulting to new and potential spin-off companies while working at the University of Florida technology transfer office. Over the past five years, she has served as a founding management team member in the launch and growth of several high tech start-up companies. In 2008, Ms. Warrington was also appointed to the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Florida.
