Synogen has excellent venture capital connections with firms who know us, trust us and believe in us, and we can tap these connections to get the business plans of our partner companies reviewed and acted upon. After our partner company has completed the groundwork necessary for success, we will work with the company to get its business plan in front of a targeted list of venture firms that best fit the company's market and business model.

We can assist in the follow up with each venture fund, identifying those interested in additional information and providing it to them. We can guide the company through negotiations, and as an equity owner ourselves we have exactly the same goals and motivation as the company's founders.

Finally, we can assist in the coordination of due diligence materials that will be needed by the venture funds, cutting the amount of time needed to finalize funding.
